Shipping & Returns


Currently we are only able to accept online orders. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, B. Foxy does not ship orders to post office boxes. We are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for arrival of in stock items. .

We want you to be confident with what you choose to purchase from us. We triple check all the items for defects before shipping. If you do receive a defected item(s), or item(s) that were different from the Original Invoice, you are eligible for an EXCHANGE within 10 days of receipt of item.

Due to the volume of online orders, occasionally some items might be SOLD OUT by the time you place your order. We will try our best to fulfill your order or give you a REFUND or STORE CREDIT for the products that are OUT OF STOCK.


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and refund requests will incur a 25% restocking fee. B. Foxy reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day.

Please note that many of our items are limited quantities. If an exchange item happens to be out or stock, we will notify you via email.
